   تعنى شركة طلال الغنيم العقارية بالاستثمار في مجال العقار من بيع وشراء وتطوير للمخططات الجديدة.

بدأت شركة الغنيم العقارية من خلال أول مساهمة في حي غنام 1 حيث تم تنفيذ 30% من الحي وبعدها غنام 2 و3 وتوالت المخططات الواحد تلو الآخر حتى بلغ عددها أكثر من 50 مخططاً تم تطويرها وإنشاء البنية التحتية لها من كهرباء ومصارف صحية و مياه. اهتمت شركة طلال الغنيم العقارية بالتطوير في أغلب مناطق المملكة العربية السعودية حيث بلغ مجموع مساحات الأراضي التي طورت أكثر من 16 مليون متر مربع وهذا ماجعلنا من المساهمين في تطوير مدن المملكة التي تشهد توسعاً عمرانياً واسعاً.

وحرصت الشركة على التوسع في الدول العربية من خلال تطوير المخططات خارج المملكة وذلك في سلطنة عُمان وكذلك في الأردن، وذلك من خلال عدة شركات تم تأسيسها أو الدخول بشركات قائمة وذلك لتوزيع ودرء المخاطر، ومن هذه الشركات: شركة إزهار للتطوير والاستثمار العقاري ، شركة مساهمة مقفلة تقوم على تطوير العقارات بمختلف أنواعها وبيعها. شركة تداول العالمية للتسويق العقاري داخل المملكة وخارجها ومقرها الدمام.
